For website visitors who do not create accounts or otherwise identify themselves…
If you do not sign on to Pixolio.me or Pixolio.me hosted sites, our web-server does not have access to personally identifiable information about you. It does not know your email address unless you volunteer it. However, our web-server may store information about the domain name requested and IP address assigned by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) as a part of normal server logs, including but not limited to, access and error logs. Additionally, we may track certain analytical information, including but not limited to, geographic locations, browser/OS type, and internet connection type for users to www.pixolio.me, its hosted sites, and affiliate sites. The analytical information cannot be track to individual users and will not be sold or traded in anyway way.
With respect to cookies: We use cookies to track referral credits, linked to from another user's account.

In addition to above, we collect the domain name, user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address), and all other user-submitted data to their Pixolio.me account. Our web-server may store additional information including, but not limited to, the domain name requested, submitted data (excluding passwords and other sensitive information), and IP address assigned by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) in error logs in the event of application or server errors, for sole the purposes of debugging the error.
Upon account creation, we collection an email address, used for user requested services, such as password resets and billing notifications.
For each account admin or user to Pixolio.me and Pixolio.me hosted sites, our web-server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name.
The information we collect is used to customize the content and/or layout for each individual user account and site. All information uploaded remains the property of account owner and must comply with the Terms of Service.
With respect to cookies: We use cookies to track login sessions for when a user signs into the site or their account and to track referral credits.
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
Access
Upon request we provide Pixolio.me account owners with access to transaction information (e.g., dates on which account was charged, amounts and types of plan) that we maintain about them, contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them, and a description of information that we maintain about them.
Account owner can access most of this information by logging-in into their account or by e-mail us at the above address, write to us at the above address.
Upon request we offer account owners the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in regards to their contact information and/or financial information, that cannot be corrected by the user themselves.
To initiate a change, account owners can have this information corrected by sending us e-mail at the above address. Please do not send credit card or other sensitive information via e-mail.
Security
With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as credit card and billing information, we redirect visitors to a secure server. Additionally, credit card information for recurring billing is not stored by Pixolio, but instead on the servers of our credit card gateway. Our merchant account and secure connection has been verified by an underwriter in accordance Visa/Mastercard rules and regulations. We are a verified Authorize.net Merchant.
